  • Our PCBs are warrantied against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if they violate our policies or applicable laws.

  • We accept Card and PayPal.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

  • No Warranties: Our PCBs are sold as-is, with no express or implied warranties except those required by law.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: By purchasing and using our PCBs, you assume all risks associated with their use, including but not limited to electrical failures, malfunctions, and safety hazards. Our PCBs are not certified for critical applications such as medical, aviation, or life-support systems.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAPPS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our PCBs, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.
  • International Jurisdiction & U.S. Liability: If you are a customer in the United States, you agree that:
    • Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Australia and resolved in Australian courts, not in the U.S.
    • You waive any rights to pursue legal claims against ZAPPS in U.S. courts under U.S. product liability laws.
    • You accept that ZAPPS is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of using our products in the U.S.
