At ZAPPS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while ensuring a smooth process for our customers.

1. Change of Mind Returns (At Our Discretion)

We offer change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Your Consumer Rights)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

In such cases:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • The 15% restocking fee does not apply.
  • If a minor defect occurs, we may offer a repair rather than a refund or replacement, in accordance with ACL guidelines.
  • If a major defect occurs, you have the right to choose between a refund, replacement, or compensation for damages.

How to Make a Claim
Please contact help@zapps.xyz with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  • Your order details (order number, purchase receipt)

Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.

4. Return Shipping Instructions

To return an item, please contact help@zapps.xyz for return instructions.

  • You must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
  • If your return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
